Produce is supplied from local Balnarring suppliers when in season. Much of the vegetables used in the restaurant come from the organic garden out the back.
The restaurant building features old bluestones, once former laneways of Old Melbourne City, and with floor to ceiling windows allowing our patrons to enjoy the tranquility surrounding vineyard.
Take advantage of the picturesque rural outlook accompanied by the native wildlife, the stone fireplace & Austrian built Baby Grand Piano make for the perfect ambience.
Local Executive Chef & Proprietor of Veraison Restaurant, Mark Poulter, use’s only the best produce, along with the estate’s extensive 1 acre organic kitchen garden, feature predominantly with other local produce from the Balnarring and Mornington Peninsula region.
